Mr. Branco of Noah Homes LTD. came to the aid of the Billing family after reading about the Billings problems with the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Mr. Branco sent his work crew to the Billing's residence and with supplies donated from various suppliers repaired and upgraded various areas of the Billing residence.
